First time Installation and System Requirements.

 

Minimal system requirements to run Telegram PRIME:

  • OS Windows 8-11, or Windows Server 2012+.
  • 64-bit only.
  • Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2+.
  • CPU 2+ cores.
  • RAM 4+ Gb (better 8+ Gb)
  • Stable internet connection.
  • Internet browser Google Chrome.

Telegram PRIME can’t operate under:

  • Linux\UNIX.
  • MacOS.
  • Windows 7.

The amount of resources consumed is directly proportional to the number of simultaneously running threads and/or copies of the program.

 

Getting ready:

If you are an owner of one of the unsupported operating systems that are not supported by our software, you can run it on a cloud VPS/VDS. Major part of our clients used to rent a cloud VPS/VDS to work with our software.

VPS/VDS under operation of Windows with CPU 4 cores and RAM 8 Gb is normally enough to run our software for the basic tasks. More load will require more power. Using VPS/VDS will give you further benefits:

  • Stable internet connection which is paramount factor when using our software;
  • Ability to connect to the cloud machine from anywhere (even from you cellphone), so you don’t need to be stick to your working place;
  • This will be separate tool for dedicated tasks without being interfered by other tasks which may lead Telegram Prime to slow work;
  • And of course it will shift you to a different location where no any restrictions applied compared to the ones which you may be facing with your home internet provider.

! Please pay attention that Telegram Prime may NOT work or may face malfunctions on VPS from Amazon or Hetzner due to their way of virtualization.

Installation:

  • Run the downloaded installer and follow the setup instructions.
  • It is also advisable to disable your antivirus, Defender, and Windows UAC before installation, as well as during the program’s operation.
  • We assure you that any antivirus triggers are false positives and do not pose a threat to your data or your PC.
  • Upon launch, the installer will download all the necessary files and modules for its operation. Please wait until the download is complete.
  • Monitor the program’s console in its separate window and do not close it throughout the operation period.
  • The first launch may take some time.
  • After the program is installed, a window will automatically open where you will be prompted to enter the license key to activate the program.

 

Activation:

  • For the activation key, please contact us through the contact form on our website, or reach out to a manager via Telegram, Telegram, ICQ, TamTam, Discord, Element.
  • The key will be active for 72 hours from the moment of activation, so we recommend you prepare your action plan to make the most of the program’s testing period.
  • During the testing, you will have access to the full functionality of our product, except for additional modules marked with a lock.
  • If you also need to test the additional modules, please ask the manager to enable them for you.

    • A PC or a cloud VPS/VDS server that meets the minimum system requirements stated above.

Additional Information:

If you need to perform several tasks simultaneously in the software, it is not recommended to do so in a single copy, as this may lead to errors such as “Database is locked” or others that can significantly affect its operation. With one activation key, you can run multiple copies of the software on the same PC. For instance, if you have the program installed in the folder “C:\TGP” (and we recommend choosing a path without spaces or Cyrillic characters), create a copy of this folder with a different name, such as “C:\TGP_2”. Now you can run one copy from “C:\TGP” and another from “C:\TGP_2”, performing different tasks in each and monitoring two different consoles.

The main rule: avoid using the same set of accounts in different copies of the software as this will lead to the banning of those accounts. To use the same account for different tasks in different copies of the program, you should create an additional session for that account and use different sessions in different copies of the software.

We also want to warn you that the activation key is tied to your “hardware”, just as your “hardware” is tied to our activation server. That is, if you have previously used our software, or have already had the opportunity to test it on the same machine, you will not be able to activate a trial key again, only a purchased one for 1 month or a Lifetime key.
